Funding
2-YEAR-OLDS:
You could be entitled to 15 hours a week of Early Education or Achieving 2-Year-Old Funding. Funded places are available at St Gregory’s Childcare Trust for eligible two-year-olds from the term after their 2nd birthday, with a valid eligibility code or confirmation of A2YO Funding from Gloucestershire CC. If eligible, your child is entitled to have up to 15 hours a week for 38 weeks to be used during the school terms.

3- & 4-YEAR-OLDS:
Funded Early Education places are available for all 3 and 4-year-old children at St Gregory’s Childcare Trust. The entitlement is for 15 or 30 hours per week over 38 weeks in the year. Your child will be eligible for the universal 15 hours (and the extended 15 hours for eligible working families) at the start of the term following their third birthday until they become statutory school age:
- Born between 1st April and 31st August-eligible from 1st September
- Born between 1st September and 31st December - eligible from 1st January
- Born between 1st January and 31st March - eligible from 1st April

How you choose to use your funded place will depend on your personal circumstances and availability of the sessions. Funded places at St Gregory’s Childcare Trust are available to be factored into your existing bookings.
Funded Place Additional Charges Information:
Please note that the funding is only available for 38 weeks of the year, and full fees are charged for any additional weeks at the Holiday Club. Funding can be split between 2 settings and additional charges will be made for hours not covered by the funding and for meals and consumable & ancillary items provided.
The following fee is payable per funded hour:-
Nursery £0.85
Pre-School £0.60
How can fees be paid?
- Bank Transfer – Please use your name or child’s name as a reference to your payment
