Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN WILL I BE INVOICED?

Invoices will be sent monthly in arrears, via email from our billing system “Famly”.

You will receive this at the end of each month and payment is due by the 25th of the next month.

ARE CHILDCARE VOUCHERS ACCEPTED?

We happily accept childcare vouchers from all registered voucher providers.

LATE PICK UPS

Please ensure children are collected on time. Children collected after their booking time will be charged for the next session + an addition £2.

Children collected after 3.00pm will be charged £10.00 + After School Club sessions until collection.

Children collected after 6.00pm will be charged £10.00 + £1.00 per minute of extra care.

WHEN DO I PAY?

Parents are expected to pay invoices by the date on the invoice after which time a 15% surcharge will be added. If you are having difficulties with paying an invoice, please speak with Denise at your earliest convenience. Every support will be given in these circumstances.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque, please avoid cash payments wherever possible. For all billing enquiries please contact cct@st-gregorygreat.gloucs.sch.uk.

ADDITIONAL CHILDREN

A sibling discount of 20% will be offered for the oldest child.

RESERVATION OF PLACE

All bookings must be requested by completing a booking form. Your booking is not complete until you have received confirmation.

If you wish to cancel your booking please request a cancellation form. Three weeks’ notice of cancellation is required.

Once a place is reserved in one of our settings, it becomes your child’s place every week throughout the term and therefore must be paid for regardless of attendance. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must give 3 weeks’ notice.
